| The MARSOLVE
pumping systems are designed specifically for the circulation of our scientific
liquid descaler. They are used to circulate MARSOLVE
for the removal of scale, lime and rust deposits from your water operated
equipment. There are four different configurations depending on your individuals
needs.

The
LTADL Pump
This pump is portable and lightweight (18#) and is constructed
of non-ferrous corrosion resistant materials and ideally suited for MARSOLVE
cleaning applications. It is equipped with a non-clogging, semi-open plastic
impeller which delivers unusually high efficiency and flow. This 3/4 horsepower
centrifugal pump is fitted with 1-1/4" threaded suction and discharge.
The shaft seal is a rotary graphite type with a ceramic seat. The pump
runs on 110V power and is provided with a 9 foot, 3 wire grounded cord.

This pump version includes the pump,
cord, three 10' hoses with 1" female fittings and two 1-1/4"
by 1" reducer nipples all packed into a 14 gallon shipper/recirculating
bucket with cover.

The
Clean-in-Place (CIP) Compact Pumping System
The Clean-in-Place (CIP) Compact Pumping System is
ideally suited for confined areas where water formed deposits are a problem.
This convenient and portable unit was specifically designed for the Global
Marine Industry for use on board vessels of all types. Some of the
many features of the CIP unit include: only (2) 1" connections are
required, easy to fill 15 gallon DOT certified tank, compact and portable
use via heavy duty hand truck. The Marsolve CIP Pumping System
is easily operated by one person.
The 1/2 Hp pump features a cast iron
body, barform impeller, rotary graphite seat, and ceramic seat. The pump
motor operates at 3450 RPM, 115/230V, 60cycle AC. The hoses are reinforced
synthetic rubber with the piping and valves in PVC all neatly mounted on
a steel frame hand truck with 8" rubber wheels.
